This photoshoot at LaMode is based on the theme of deserts and desert nomads. In my design, my inspiration combines the immensity and infinity of the desert, with the difficult circumstances and the solitude, the smallness of people in the midst of a place with no beginning and ending points; sympathize with the smallness of the Vietnamese people during the war, when they can not know their future, the difficult situation along with the famine in 1945, the deprivation in all aspects. Despite such circumstances, the nomadic people still showed their mettle, they bravely crossed the desert, just like the Vietnamese people stood up to fight, firmly in the national struggle. Especially Vietnamese women, with a female destiny, are degraded, despised but always have potential vitality, extraordinary strength than men. The fact that the women were trampled physically and mentally, along with the burden of war and poverty, could not obscure their beauty, the beauty of sacrifice, and great vitality.
